Read Our Anti Spam Policy and Can-Spam Act Compliance Information

GLOBAL CASH LOAN is dedicated to ensuring compliance with the 'Can-Spam Act', which took effect January 1, 2004. You may receive email from GLOBAL CASH LOAN in the following circumstances:
     Acknowledging your application has been received and requesting additional action
     Requests for additional information to support your current application
     Response to your inquiries regarding the status of your loan, payment due dates, extension requests and other transactional requests
     Thanking you for your valued business
     Advertisements for our products, services, changes in services, new product availability
     Advertisements for third party products and services where we have determined that such product or service may be of interest to our customers
To ensure compliance with the Can-Spam Act, GLOBAL CASH LOAN has implemented the following guidelines for email delivery:
All emails sent to you by GLOBAL CASH LOAN will clearly identify us as the sender.
FROM / SENDER: globalcashloan or GLOBAL CASH LOAN
The Subject Line of any email you receive will always accurately describe the subject matter of the email.
Any email from GLOBAL CASH LOAN will include the ability to unsubscribe from future email messages.
Unsubscribing will ensure the customer is removed from ALL lists at GLOBAL CASH LOAN; this excludes customer service emails regarding the processing and status of a current loan application.
Advertising emails from GLOBAL CASH LOAN will include information that the email is an advertisement, either in the body or footer of the email.
All third party marketing partners are required to comply with the Can-Spam Act.
Emails sent to you directly by GLOBAL CASH LOAN will include an email address and physical address where you can send suggestions, complaints or other correspondence.
Third Party Can-Spam Compliance

In addition to the compliance issues described in our Anti Spam Policy, GLOBAL CASH LOAN requires third party marketers to comply with additional email marketing requirements.
GLOBAL CASH LOAN makes every effort to ensure that all third party vendors comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act. This includes contractual agreements to comply, approval of third party ads by GLOBAL CASH LOAN prior to delivery, spot checks on third party emails and other efforts deemed reasonable by GLOBAL CASH LOAN in order to ensure ongoing compliance.
Third party email may only be delivered to individuals who have provided the third party marketer with direct or indirect permission to email offers.

FIGHT SPAM

Do you receive lots of junk email messages from people you don't know? It's no surprise if you do. As more people use email, marketers are increasingly using email messages to pitch their products and services. Some consumers find unsolicited commercial email - also known as "spam" - annoying and time consuming; others have lost money to bogus offers that arrived in their email in-box.

Visit http://www.ftc.gov/spam/ for information about the Federal Trade Commission's recent law enforcement actions against deceptive commercial email and spammers' responsibilities under the CAN-SPAM law. In the "For Consumers" section, you'll find tips on how to reduce the amount of spam email in your in-box.

If you get spam email that you think is deceptive, forward it to spam@uce.gov. The FTC uses the spam stored in this database to pursue law enforcement actions against people who send deceptive email.
